When I picked up my jeep the guy explained everything from the oil filters to the tread in my tires. I was very impressed. I hope I get the same service when I have to take it into the “service department” to have something’s looked at over there.

We had contacted another Ford dealer for service on a recall but they did not respond. Parkway was quick to get us in for the service. I was pleased until the day of service. We were told it would take two hours. But they didn't have a part. Instead it took 5 hours rather than two. I'm glad to get the repair and that's the good thing!

This is actually 0 stars, but you have to have 1 to post! I took my vehicle in for a recall, after receiving a letter to do so. Ford called and said they had to do a diagnostic test to make sure the part “qualified” to be replaced. If the part wasn’t “bad enough yet” they weren’t going to replace it and I’d have to pay “just $200 for the scan” and nothing be done to my car. A recall means the part is faulty, why should I have to pay if Ford decides the part isn’t faulty enough to replace. I was told there was “a chance” it would qualify. So basically Ford wants me to pay them $200 for them to send me a letter making me think they are correcting their error, wait two weeks to even get in, be without my car for a day and have to make other arrangements to get to work and such. Such a waste of my time! I would never recommend someone to buy a Ford vehicle. This is the second time I’ve taken my car there, once with the extended warranty, same thing, part wasn’t faulty enough to replace, and now this. Always have to jump through hoops and never get the vehicle serviced. #Fordistrash
