You know I'm starting to think that these guys simply just don't want to do business anymore..and I've never thought of Ford as being shady..but I'm starting to wonder..because my last two visits to this particular dealership have left me feeling slightly violated, broke and very disappointed. And then today I called to just get a price on some touch-up paint for my Ford and I feel like I totally inconvenienced this guy.. lol . I mean is Ford making that much money that they can just afford to have employees just basically hang up on customers with not so much as a bye ..have a nice day ..kiss my ass ,, just click!!! You know with gen 5 so sucky ..I really don't feel like Ford has the luxury to be so rude to customers... Or to just ignore past, Present or future customer dissatisfaction

Where to start.. we have taken the same truck here for warranty servicing twice. Both times they call and tell me the warranty won’t cover anything, then I call the warranty and they have no idea what the dealer is talking about. Both times the warranty has covered the work. Spoke to 3 different people (on the phone and in person when dropping it off) before the actual appointment time about the issues we’re having, then they still call me at the appointment time with no idea what we brought it in for. Just picked the truck up today and it came home with a dent, two new scratches (all the way down to the metal) and the ebrake literally snapped off and dragging under the truck (mind you this had nothing to do with the issues we brought it in for). Absolutely will never return to this location again.

Always friendly! Reliable, accurate and customer centered. They keep our new Ford running great. Highly recommend Park Ford. We were referred by our next door neighbor. This is our 4th Ford and first brand new Ford. I can count on them.

Absolute worst service department I’ve encountered. Took them over two hours just to do an oil change and over 5 hours just to inspect brakes. Brittany lacks communication skills and transparency and the service manager never offers compensation for inconveniences. This dealership does not care about long listing relationships and business.

This place is a bit of a joke. We moved here three months ago and had just bought a car from a dealership in Wheeling, WV. The car had to be taken to the Wheeling shop 6 or 7 times in the first few months we owned it. The car ran great for a while and then after moving to the area it acted up again. We had it taken to this dealership and they replaced a part (took five weeks) and it wasn't two days later the car did the same thing. So it was towed back to this dealership. This time they replaced the starter. Cost nearly $1300. Didn't have the car and hour and it started having problems again. Called and left voicemail several times and no one has called us back. I would rate lower than a 1 star if possible at this point.

Park Ford’s service department is always reliable, honest, and quick. As a woman, I’ve felt taken advantage of at other shops, but never here. Brittany at the front desk was super kind and helpful, and Barshan did a really thorough inspection and kept it honest with me. It’s nice to have a place I can actually trust. Highly recommend!
