Expect them to take good care of you. The entire staff recognizes me and knows my name every single time I walk in. Familial atmosphere here. They are quick to let you know what’s wrong and ALWAYS give me a call before doing any work. Pricing definitely seems to be reasonable and fair. They have always been willing to work with me in times of financial distress. The mechanics who work there are very knowledgeable and skilled at their craft.

Palmer has been my go to shop for years. First heard about them from a coworker, they have always been able to get my car in and repaired on time. Their staff patiently listed the cost of all the individual parts I needed over the phone so I could cost compare, and are always willing to do a smaller repair to keep your car going if that’s all you can afford at the time. So many shops don’t listen to your personal car knowledge, but they respect your knowledge and will take the time to explain what repairs are needed and why. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with other shops in the past, with managers side eyeing my ability to do my own brakes. Not here! They have a diverse staff who are all are patient, straightforward, and honest. Can’t recommend them enough.

Took our car in for alignment and wheel sensor issues. Got it done for right price and done well. Started having issues with traction control right after. They fixed this with an hour of labor and refused to charge us. This is what integrity and standing behind your work looks like. I will continue to recommend them to everyone I talk to.
