Their security was tight but only because how they function is scandalous. They took my car when it up for repo then when I went to retrieve items left in car they wanna charge me 150 just for my own belongings. My purse with ID & credit cards were in there, along with some cash I had in my glove compartment. My stufff from home depot with receipt were in there and they kept it all. They said except my ID. Guess I should be grateful I got that back. But I could've used the 150 and got new one. No biggie. But these people definitely shady and have their one foot on criminal side and one foot trying to be legit.

I have seen all the reviews about this place, but my experience should change some of your minds. There was one off thing, Jason, the attendent was nice and courteous,it was odd to do the transaction through an unopened gate. We handed him the money, my license and the paperwork over a wired gate (strange), but he said due to disgruntled people it was necessary. All and all though all my stuff was in my car and even my money. Strange, odd yet courteous. Thanks

$600 for less than an hr worth of service. Was on lunch when my car was towed, went directly to get my car. They charged $285 for the tow, $100 special equipment (my car is a Corolla), $65 for a day storage, $142 because I came during their lunch between 12-1 pm. This is unlawful, I will be reporting them to the FPD for as well as the better business bureau. The owner wouldn't even show his face.

My daughter went to her annual check up at the FPA Women's health clinic in downtown Fresno yesterday. There was a protest going on in front of the clinic and while she was trying to get into her scheduled appointment her vehicle was towed by A&G. It was in the parking lot for 14 minutes total. When she came back with the parking pass it was already gone. The clinic is in on it too. Sickening way to treat the vulnerable young women in our community. SHAME! We will be seeing you thieves in court.

This is a Repo location. Very dirty and looks like a junk yard. These are crooks and will charge you to get your vehicle back. I'm sure they also towed my car improperly, and will probably cause damage to transmission sooner or later.
