They charged extra and lied about the price and the oil change for my truck, they made a deal for 600 but after the oil change they asked for 700. I don’t recommend this place. Parts are ok, but service is trash.

Took two of my trucks early on 6/16/23 for a simple oil and power steering fluid change. Also one of my units needed new front brakes. I asked the mechanic if he could check the coolant system on one of my trucks, because I was getting some coolant odor inside the cab. My truck was not having any type of overheating issues. The drivers were driving it up north and back for several weeks. The feedback I was getting from drivers was that it wasn’t wasting any coolant but they did smell that coolant odor. On the same day of 6/16/23 I was told by the mechanic that he had found the issue for the coolant odor. He said it was the PDM side hinged module. He was going to have it by the end of the day, but not going to install till the next day because It was going to be a 4 hour job. I asked if it could run one more trip because it was going out on 6/17/23. Remember that it was not overheating. Mechanic said he was going to bypass the PDM Module so that nothing would happen to the truck. Driver picked up unit at 11:00 am on 6/17/23 heading to Arizona. When he was going up the hill on the 10 Fwy E. By Yucaipa. Driver had to pull over due to overheating. I had him go back to yard to pick up another truck . By the time he got to the yard, the unit spilled all coolant. I was able to get it back to P&S that same day. Because of the bypass that they did the overheating pressure blew a whole in my radiator. I ended up paying an extra $650 for new radiator + labor. After I took the truck back I called P&S on 7/19/23 and asked for an update. They didn’t have any idea what was going on with my trucks. That showed me that there was a lack of communication going on. I was told that they would call me back with updates but never did. Same thing on 7/20/23. On 7/21/23 I called P&S to get an update on both of my units and found out that my other truck hadn’t been worked on. When I complained about that, they assured me that they would be done by 2:00 pm on 6/21/23. Y’all know that TIME is money in the trucking industry. P&S was a complete waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend that shop to anyone of my friends. They showed no sympathy for their mistake. I ended up spending $4,537.28 and not even an apology.
