Simply put, JJ is the best around! He is from this town, and keeps those hometown values very apparent in all he does. The guys in this shop will make sure every car is safe and sound before it leaves that shop. I trust them with my cars, as well as those I put my children and grandson in. JJ is honest, hard working, and a genuine gentleman. They make sure you aren’t over charged for any service u receive. JJ has pride that shows in every single job they do. I came to this shop because I it was the first shop I passed after I suspected something was wrong with my brakes. 1.5 hours from home and wow was I lucky. Easy to work with, good explanation, and fast enough and far less than I would have paid back home, despite the emergency. Great explanations of parts and purpose on the receipt. My only complaint is that I live too far away to make this family my regular mechanics.

Wow! This amazing team of men just saved our vacation start! A malfunctioning power door two hours out of town, the local auto parts shop recommended P&J. They were just getting ready to close when we called and they had us come right over. Thirty-five minutes later, door fully removed, repaired and reinstalled, we are back on the road. Such a friendly and knowledgable hard-working trio! Buchtel, I hope you know the gem you have in your town!!

JJ is a very reasonable person. he cares about the quality of work and cares about his customers. any time I've ever had a issue even the smallest I've brought it back and he's taken care of it. he's gotten me in quickly and always fair on pricing. he's got a heck of a crew that works with him as well
