OTV Azuay Auto Repair

My car got into the accident with no fault. And the guy who hit me, doesn’t have insurance. So I have to pay out of my pocket to fix the car. Thanks Fabian the owner to give me negotiate price. Job done excellent with in 4days. I believe they closed weekend. Customer service is the best communication. He always pick up the phone and give you updates with no attitude. No Hiding Fee or Cost !!!!! Doing the business with sincere and honest. I 100% recommend here.

So I went to many mechanics and couldn’t find the problem, I came here thru a recommendation, immediately they found the problem and fixed it in an orderly fashion what was more surprising the price they are super reasonable I will keep coming and totally recommend them, Thanks Azuay!!!!

I’m went in to fix my car breaks because they had a weird noise. Fabian suggested an upgrade and successfully applied it to my Lexus. After job was done I immediately noticed the difference. Thanks again and I will be coming back

I had an electrical problem: a short circuit on my panoramic roof electric circuit. Fabian is a wiz and found where it was, fixed it and reasonably charged. Moreover he is friendly and great customer service/interaction! I also did oil change, tires rotation, breaks check, and interacted with other mechanics in the team. Work was fast, effective and everyone is normal, decent people.

Have taken both my BMWs (old and new) to these ppl and they always take care of me. Great prices good work and fast. from engine work to suspension work these guys are great even when another shop said my car was totaled Fabian told me from the jump don’t worry it’s half of whatever there charging you ❗️
