Reasonably priced glass repair shop in mid Omaha. The retail front is small but there are numerous large repair bays nearby. The parking area is very compact. Ppl were nice, and the work was complete in the estimated time. The price was significantly cheaper than safelite.

Had a remote start installed a few years ago & it randomly stopped working. Called the shop Friday and the gentleman was able to troubleshoot a quick fix over the phone. Problem solved in 2 minutes without having to take my car in. Sir, I apologize for forgetting your name, but please know that you absolutely MADE my weekend. May your foes step on every lego from now until the end of time & may you hit every green light and find good parking wherever you go.

Replaced my windshield and worked with me on custom tint. Saved me tons of money and knocked off the tax by paying in cash. I was an hour late to the appointment but they still got me in and completed in under an hour. Easy and was a breeze. Grateful! They even let you get a free rock chip repair for leaving a review.

I had my windshield replaced last month, mobile service. The entire experience was great, starting from my calling to get a quote and schedule an appointment, to day of service. My service tech was on time, communicative, quick, and did a wonderful job replacing my windshield. He made sure to explain the post replacement care thoroughly as well. Highly recommend this shop!

Great customer service and quality work. I had a chip in my windshield. I was a walk-in, no appointment. I was helped immediately. There was no wait time and the repair was done quickly. Everyone was friendly. Prices are very reasonable and they have special pricing at times. Also, the repair was so good that you can't see the chip. Definitely a place to go if you need glass work.

Went to get a new windshield after mine cracked all the way across during the winter. Not only was this place the most reasonably priced, but everyone I talked to was super straightforward, patient and kind. Got a quote same day after an email request. I also did mobile service at a lot near my workplace and it was done by the time I got out. Helpful and kind even when I needed to change locations twice. Would def recommend to anyone who needs to get their windshield repaired or replaced.

I have my favorite body shop and they do windshields, but Omaha Glass Pro does it better. OGP has great price, offer OEM or aftermarket when available. I get an appointment and seems they get me started right away. I wait at their place and it is a decent waiting room. I was a little disappointed on my last visit because with the last snow storm their outdoor seating was dirty and I was not wanting to get covered in dirt on my clothes. This was a week after the snow storm, so enough time to rinse the outdoor seating off. Staff could be a little more friendly/personable, but as busy as they are, just means wait times would be longer and we're not going to make friends, but get glass/tint/stereo so they do great with being nice and professional but not wasting time with happy crap, feel good stuff. 5 stars everytime I go.
