Filing a complain with the attorney General. These people put me out over 1900 dollars. Failed to mention a possible blown head gasket and performed work on my car including brake pads and rotors thermostat and radiator flush. After taking it back to them three times because it still had the original issue of running above operating temp. They claimed they could not recreate the issue. They even falsified the mileage on the paperwork. Why? I do not know. I took it to another mechanic and he performed a block test confirming it was a blown head gasket. Weeks of using all my free time to deal with these people could have been saved with a little bit of honesty. No matter how you look at it I was completely taken advantage of by this place of business and I don’t want it to happen to anyone else. If you don’t have money to throw at these liars I would go down the road. I don’t know how they sleep at night. They also wanted to sell me a used tire for 60$ because mine had a screw in it. I pulled the screw out myself and it wasn’t long enough to penetrate the tire and cause a leak. Funny.

100% I will go back to Old Town Tire & Auto. Here’s my experience: I have an ‘06 4Runner that had its original X-REAS suspension, axels , basically original everything for 200,000 miles. Old Town put on Bilstein 5100’s, new axles and tie rods. The fixed a lot of the bracketing too. After they’d ordered all the parts, they had the truck for less than 24 hours and it drives like it’s brand new. Their estimates were comparable to other shops that I’ve been to and they provided me with a VERY detailed inspection document that showed a full diagnosis for every point of the vehicle. In the end, they ended up charging me much less than estimated! I really like the shop that’s 1 mile from my house, but Old Town is going to be where I go from here on out. Valerie, Alex and Amanda are fantastic people who get the job done RIGHT.

Everyone take your car to Old Town Tire Auto bc they provide speedy superior service! Valerie was candid regarding the timeline of diagnosing my car and its repair, and took time to fully explain to me the issue. Thanks for the photo of the specific auto part replaced! The whole team was kind and professional. I'm visiting ABQ, so I also appreciated restaurant recommendations! I highly recommended Old Town Tire and Auto!

Huge shout out to Alfredo and Valerie! My family and I were staying at the hotel next door when I noticed that my transmission filter was leaking. They got me taken care of in record speed. So thankful to stumble across such a friendly and professional shop on our trip. Thanks again for all the help!

Old Town Tire & Automotive is terrific! I picked up a nail. When I called, they asked me to stop by to evaluate it. They looked at it & scheduled a time for the next day. They drove me home & picked me up when it was done. Everything was completed within a couple of hours. They were friendly, fast, and inexpensive. I will definitely go back!

I had a bolt that needed to be extracted in my 98 Celica that no other shop would even bother looking at. I called these guys and they told me to bring it in as soon as possible and finished the repair within a couple days. The price of the repair was nothing but fair as well. At no point did they try to up sell me anything I didn't need or want. Overall the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic. 11/10

They charged me just under $300 for a TWO WHEEL alignment. The best part is the money grab scheme they got going. If you don't get the alignment, they want $120 to say no "for the assessment" which I walked in saying "I got new suspension and need an allignment" not much of an assessment now is it. For $120 I could have got the allignment elsewhere. Their response was.. "yes we know we are having trouble with our alignment prices" well.... there was your chance to correct it annnnnd you didn't. Reception was nice so I gave them 2 stars instead of 0 or 1. Go somewhere else for an allignment
