You know everything is good, but when I really didn’t care for was at the end of the oil change. The gentleman says there’s a few questions you need to answer in the first one is a tip. Why in the hell what we wanna leave a tip when we’re paying for our Service already. Nobody Buddy gives me a tip. I don’t ask for a tip, so I think that’s bullshit that you guys do that. You guys should take that off. If you want your people to have a tip, give them more money. Don’t expect your customers to give it to him. That’s just wrong.

First time coming to this place. I was surprised that the wait wasn't that long. I love how you just stay in your car and can see everything the do. Employees are very polite and understand. They explained everything to you . If you have any questions they will answer all. Will be returning back for my next oil change. I love the location.

Have gone once and plan to go again! To the new oil changers in Sanger I happen to have a very great experience there. Jacob took the time to triple reassured me with what was getting done with my car and what I needed to get done, show me what they are replacing and confirm the price with me before he did the work. Overall the best customer service from such a young guy. I will continue to request Jacob as he did an amazing job on my car!!!!He really outdid himself. Thank you!😊

Received my first oil change here . Good pricing . Check for promo codes they sometimes have specials . The guys here are super awesome ! Very helpful , they will answer all your questions , check your tire pressure , your wipers etc , these guys are such professionals , proficient in their task , everything is done in a manner where you can see everything . They show you the before and after what the oil looks like , everyone has their task , so efficient all the while you wait in your car , and you never have to get off . They even set your maintenance reminder for you . I will never go anywhere else . Customer service is priority for me , thanks to Ivan , Anthony , & Michael . Keep up the amazing work . You guys are awesome and made my oil changing experience a pleasure . 5 +++++ stars wish I could give more . Amazing customer service .
