10/10 Just moved from Fresno, and I'm extremely picky with who services my vehicles. Henry Alvarez and his team are an exceptional team, quick service, no trying to upsale anything to me at all, professional advice and you can tell they all know what they are actually doing. Love it, I do recommend and I will be returning.

Took my car earlier to get an oil change around 1pm. First time taking it there and I own an Audi and I’ve always struggled with places accidentally flushing the transmission fluid instead of my oil due to the caps looking the same. This is the VERY FIRST PLACE that got it correctly! They were very professional and knew what they were doing. Appreciate Henry and his staff there. Keep up the amazing work!

Henry A was very very friendly and helpful! That man needs a raise!!! Everyone at Oil Changers were nice and will definitely come back!!! They also had cool looking cars outside!

I took my 2020 Honda Accord on 4/2/25 to Oil Changers on Dinuba Boulevard in Visalia for a simple oil change and an air conditioner filter replacement. Before the service, my car was in perfect condition—no issues whatsoever. As soon as I left their carport, my car began stalling, and all the dashboard warning lights came on. I immediately returned to the shop to voice my concerns. They did some quick checks but took zero accountability for what had happened. I was left with a vehicle that was suddenly having major issues after a routine service. I even escalated the matter to the regional manager Mark , yet the situation remained unresolved. This is completely unacceptable. A simple oil change should not leave a perfectly fine car with warning lights and stalling problems. I highly recommend avoiding this place unless you want to risk costly repairs after what should be basic maintenance.

Jose was so wonderful! He went above and beyond- checked my tires, cleaned my windshield, everything! He worked quickly, so we were in and out fast. Plus, he was honest about my filter not needing a change so I didn't get uncharged. Will definitely be coming back!

Went in to get an oil change because I thought I needed one but Junior and Kevin were great and informed me that I didn’t need a full oil change, but that I should just top off my oil as my full synthetic was able to go 5-6k miles and I had only driven 3.5k. They replaced my air filter and still filled my tires and left my windshield spotless. Most places I feel would not second-guess and would just take your money, but it was refreshing to deal with two individuals that were looking out for the customer. that by itself may be experience worth it, and I will be back again.
