Oil Changers

As the name suggests, it was a quick oil change for my Highlander. No appointment needed. I was in and out in 15 mins. The people working there were communicative. As it was my first time using them, the final price felt a little high, but I think you pay for the quick and timely service.

I was extremely impressed with the service at Oil Changers on Homestead. As a first-time customer, I especially appreciated Shawn, my service attendant. He clearly explained each step of the process and was both helpful and friendly throughout my visit.

Quick service. I appreciated that they explained the process to me. I feel like they did a great job to make sure that my car was safe including checking my lights/blinkers. Would definitely recommend.

I really like the overall experience at Oil Changers. I have been to maybe 4 or 5 different locations with 3 different vehicles. They are consistent in their approach and professional service. I like the verbal checklist they run through at every service, including topping off wiper fluid, adding air to tires, and checking all light functions.

I had an excellent experience today at the service center. I had an issue with one of the fuse boxes on my Beetle and, when I arrived, Shawn greeted me with such kindness and took the time to help me resolve the problem. I was truly impressed because this wasn’t a service they typically offer, yet Shawn went above and beyond to assist me, all without expecting anything in return. I’m also incredibly grateful to one of the other employees for kindly removing a spider from my door. It was such a thoughtful gesture. Once again, I highly recommend Oil Charges of Homestead Rd, for their exceptional custom. They are the BEST!

Shawn helped me understand the whole process very patiently, listened to and answered all my questions, and also informed me of the great card value discount! He was very thorough and kind, which helped me gain confidence and comfort in the process - especially since I was getting an oil change for the first time outside my dealer. I highly recommend this location to anyone. You will feel taken care of and well informed. I plan to get all my future oil changes here.

I recently got an oil change, and the service was great! Sam was very nice and helpful throughout the process. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was being done. There was no wait time. I appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely be coming back. I would Highly recommend.
