I would not recommend this place to anyone. They do not know what they are doing. I took my jeep there and they changed the oil. I drove it home to Riverside and my roommate said there is a puddle of oil under your car. Yep they did not put on the oil filter right. If I had driven that car anywhere it would have blown the motor. Then what? Anyway, I will say they did not waste any time picking up my vehicle and making it right. I just do not think they pay attention.

Came here to get an inspection on a used car before I buy it. Payed $85 just for them to tell me only 35% of the issues that needed to be fixed. Bought the car and went to a certified mechanic ,now I’m looking at spending way more money to fix the car than what I bought it for. Could’ve saved me all the trouble if they didn’t do a half a** job just to make quick money. Very DISHONEST and lazy . Don’t come here, save your money and go somewhere else.

I went to Ralph's last week and this place advertised Smog Checks for $38. I called today and spoke to a gentlemen I believe his name was Abraham. I told him my car needed a smog check and gave him the make and model, he said it would be $38. I told him I lost the receipt if I could still get the price advertised and he said yes. When I walked in a big guy sitting in the "office" told me it would be $45 and I needed the receipt for the $38 price. I tried to explain myself but he had a not so nice/friendly attitude. It's not so much about the $7 difference, it's his attitude that made me turn around and take my business somewhere else.

These guys helped me take care of my catalytic converter at a better rate then anyone else did! They are also straight to the point and honest.

I cannot say enough good things about the shop I have been in the car business for 30 years I am not from Ontario and somehow by the grace of God I was lucky enough to find this shop, The gentleman I worked with, is named Memo - in every aspect of our dealings he was honest and straightforward and never overcharged me even when he could’ve I cannot say enough good things about this man and the shop. Memo stayed in contact with me and went above and beyond. Never in my life over the last 30 years in the car business have I ever come across anyone as honest as him. If anything we were under charged. Also, the vehicle we brought to them was no small task. It wasn’t even running and had to be towed in most shops wouldn’t even look at it and yet they took it and got it running, and in top shape. These guys are absolutely amazing Again, I have no reason to be riding this review other than the fact that I’m just blown away by the job that they did any amount I was charged I’m not from Ontario and I don’t know anyone in Ontario but I am very grateful for everyone at the shop, especially Memo. Thank You again.
