I was referred to this mechanic shop about 11mos ago with transmission issues. Was initially quoted a good price so I had the work done. This is Feb/Mar 2024. Had a couple issues with the transmissions that were sent but finally thought we had a good one. Needless to say, the transmission was a bust. Took it back a few times and still had issues after picking it up. On the last try, I was told that it was a chain issue and the parts were ordered. I was asked if I could pick up the vehicle to make space at the shop until my parts come in. Unfortunately that was over 2mos ago and absolutely NO communication from Johnathan whom I’ve dealt with these past 11mos. All in all, the vehicle is STILL down and I have yet to be contacted about my parts. I now understand that was a ploy to get me to remove my vehicle with no further service as I have yet to be contacted about fixing my vehicle or the parts that were supposedly ordered. Took a chance and came up short on this one. Never will return or refer anyone and I’ll be letting the person who referred me know about the treatment. Very, very disappointed!

Pro: None Con: 1. Communication with the customer is horrible 2. Communication between team members is horrible 3. Customer lounge, non existent! You have to walk into the garage floor to get someone to help you I would not recommend this place based off my experience. I truly thought I had found a shop worth their word but quickly realized this one is just like the many. Great sales pitch but could not deliver results. I will NEVER return here.

This place is awesome. Called 4 other places and none would take LKQ customer purchased/supplied parts (but they will happily buy them for you $++). I knew the dealer book called for over 3.5 hrs labor @ $250 ($850+) but actually takes less than 2hrs... Here $225!! WOW- this great!! When we called they were very nice. When we came in Jonathan greeted us and for a tatooed up cool looking guy, he is super down to earth, kind & a car tech Yoda. Car is fixed, we are happy and the cost was below what we thought. My 3.5yr old son approved also :] [ posted on Yelp too!]

The only place I’ll ever trust with my vehicles. Jonathan has always been honest and his rates are very reasonable. What I like about him is that he takes his time (out of his very busy schedule) to explain the problem in a way I can understand, he’s also very humble and always goes the extra mile for my family and I. I will always refer friends and family to them! Thank you Jonathan for providing quality service to our community⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been coming here for almost 10 years, this wonderful group is honest and trustworthy. I have moved across town now and will make the drive here to have them take care of my car. I’ve tried another one close to my home and have decided These guys are So worth the small trip. I need something extensive done on my vehicle, and my quote here is $1100 less than 2 other places…. And, these guys have said it’s not an emergency to have it fixed, but may be some day, they truly care and not in it just to make $$. I’ve recommend them to many friends and family, and they are All extremely happy 😊
