We were stuck on the side of the highway leaving Big Bear with a broken leaf spring and two ruined tires on my fifth wheel trailer. I called several places and no one could help me. Luckily I found Oscar's company and he came right out to our location and did a temporary fix to allow us to limp to a safe parking spot where we could spend the night. He got the replacement springs and four new tires by the next morning and sent his tech out to fix us up by mid-day. His prices were reasonable and he went over and above expectations to help us and get us on our way. This man was an angel. My only gripe is his credit card provider charged us a nearly 4% surcharge, which I thought was outrageous and illegal. Oscar is the best but he seriously needs to find a better way to take credit cards.

Our check engine light came on during our first night in Big Bear, and we were worried about how it would affect our trip. After taking our car to AutoZone, we found out it was an issue with the EGR valve. We called several places around town, but no one would even look at it unless we paid a minimum of $65 for their own diagnosis and most couldn't fix it until the following week. Then we called O's and spoke with Oscar. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem the same day for a very reasonable price. Oscar's quick and efficient service got us back on the road and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our trip without any more car troubles. Highly recommend O's for anyone in need of honest and prompt car repairs in Big Bear!

This is my experience: I spoke with Oscar at O's Tires & Auto Supplies, we had a discussion over the phone in which he agreed to do a oil change. I drove all the way over to the location and he told me he won't do the oil change now because "I asked too many questions". I was flat out lied to. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO COME HERE. I highly recommend this place, good work and good customer service. They replaced the front two tires of my car when every other place was closed on a Saturday.

Super friendly awesome customer service! Gave us a quote for chains over the phone fair prices. They even came out to our Airbnb and installed them. Great company did a wonderful job.
