Excellent customer service first thing in the morning (with Craig). Greeted me upon entry, kindly helped me find what I needed, was transparent in giving me information I needed. Super happy with my experience, didn’t want to come in for what I needed, but it wasn’t so bad. I like this location.

The store Manger is very rude. He has on Attitude with use more then once. I asked him if he knew how to take the clip off of our fule pump and said idk. He didn't even look at it or take the time to help me with it.

I stood at the counter saying, " helloooo?" wanting someone to help me but no employee was there to be found. As soon as the phone rang an employee came out of no where an answered. I expected him to answer, put the call on hold and help me first since he saw me standing at the counter while he was running to grab the phone. Also, i took the time to walk into the store (during the obvious lunch hour time which should be respected as i was dressed for work and had little time to waste). Instead he helped the person on the phone so after a few moments i walked out and bought my products elsewhere.

This store is nice and clean, that's good because I have been in some dirty stores. The customer service was outstanding, the clerk took hus time to ensure that the correct part was found, in stock and if there was any sales on the part. I recommend that whrn in Oakhurst don't stop at any other auto parts store, go her and enjoy the great customer service.

How does this place even stay open? I really wonder but then again with a community highly populated with illegal immigrants who broke the law to be here in the first place it's no wonder any business who practices poor business is supported by those with low moral standards themselves. Madera County has really put itself at the bottom of the slime barrel. Businesses and those running them should have more pride.
