Super unhelpful staff. Needed a brake light for a ‘12 Subaru Outback. After telling the guy he showed me the list of Subarus on his computer and kept saying “yeah, but which one?” I kept saying Outback. It was right there on his screen on a list of like 4 models. He was slurring his words and didn’t make any sense. Again “Yea, but like, which one”? As if I didn’t already tell him and it wasn’t right in front of him. Absolutely ridiculous waste of time on a drunk guy who can’t read a computer screen. Please drug test your employees.

Absolutely wonderful service provided by the awesome Malik. Customer service done right. He was cheery, happy, friendly, great smile, attentive, and professional. Explained to me how to do something I should probably know how to do but didnt make me feel stupid for not knowing how to do it. 10/10. Poor Malik had some super douche before me and he handled his nonsense shenanigans like a BOSS! I truly believe he deserves a pay raise so do your part O'Reillys and give this man some financial love!

Great service at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Eagan. Dropped off a battery for testing this morning. It tested down to 1/4 life and I was out the door with a new battery under warranty within seconds after I returned to the store. Matt had a replacement ready for me when I arrived. Can't beat that!
