I purchased a headlight at a different O’Reilly location, but none of the employees there were able to change the bulb for me. I then went to the Tropicana and Fort Apache location, and thanks to Dan and Chris, I was finally able to get my headlight changed. Their help was greatly appreciated! Excellent customer service! From now on, I’ll be coming to this location for any auto parts I need.

Im writing this review because I went in today during work because my car died at work and I assumed my battery was bad. I drove up got my battery tested and it was bad. I bought the battery from here and asked if they would change it for me sense IM AT WORK and have no tools on me or in my car aslo read on there website THEY CHANGE THEM and they told me no and to go to jiffy lube across the parking lot which is a joke. So reading all these reviews saying how they changed my battery in the parking lot and they were so nice is ridiculous , they probably got there friends to write good reviews about there store. I didn't know it was that hard to do ur job now a days, if you work at oreillys and cant even unscrew two bolts and loosen one other one to change my damn battery , if u cant even change a battery and you work at orileys you need to get a new job LMAO anyways i ended up going back to work finding tools at my work and changing it myself , maybe i should work there :)

Horrible customer service. An employee named Chris at trop and teepee clearly doesn’t like his job. I needed him to look up a part for my car and he kept clicking through the screens and saying they don’t carry it when I know they do. He wouldn’t even give me a chance to read the screen and kept clicking on random parts! And told me to look for it on eBay. Why would you have somebody working for you that refers your customers somewhere else? that just doesn’t make any sense to me.

Great customer service. I had an issue with returning an item which truthfully is not something I can necessary blame the workers for because they were going the extra step to help me out. The situation ultimately got resolved. Chris and Joe were very helpful in helping my find the right Freon for my vehicle
