Tried to warranty a broken Power torque ratchet, they could not find the purchase record so they denied warranty. O'Reilly's is literally the only place that even sells that brand so don't know why it matters.. I've purchased many different hand tools from many different brands and have never needed a proof of purchase for warranty before, not ever! Because of this, I'm done with O'Reilly's, for parts, tools, anything! Really sorry customer service!

This is a great store the workers are great I bought a fuel pump about a year and half ago and they put it under the wrong name and when I used my warranty they had a hard time finding my purchase because of was under some one else name but the worker was professional and polite they got everything fixed and they ordered my replacement fuel pump and it will be here in the morning at 730 in te morning i highly recommended thiss stoee for all your needs.

They ordered the wrong brakes. The back set was right but the front was wrong. We had someone scheduled to do the brakes and we were only able to get the back done due to thus error. The brakes were not in stock and had to be ordered so it's not like we could just go and exchange. When I called to let them know they were not, we'll the person I spoke to was not apologetic. He was like "okay cone down and we will see what we can do" as if not a big deal. It is a big deal, we only have 1 vehicle. If they were apologetic I would have a better attitude about it but people rely on them to get the right parts in and luckily I wasn't the person that had to take a vehicle apart to then realize they ordered the wrong part and not have a way yo go back to them or possibly lise their vehicle for a few days. DO BETTER
