I wonder who died.. these employees at the time of 12:46pm do not have customer service at all. No one welcome me inside the store and I’m in full uniform, not trying to be a dick but this store needs at least one person to greet guests.. I didn’t feel welcome at all, one employee was even giving me a dirty look.. but I didn’t have time for arguing.. hopefully a manager or supervisor can talk to the team about customer service.

I went to buy some spotlights for my car and from the beginning I asked the one who attended me that if the spotlight does not fit my car I could return it and he said yes. And I came back later Because the spotlight had a problem And they started to turn a blind eye Everyone treated me badly And they told me that they couldn't do anything that the spotlight I can't return..... In my opinion the employees are very bad there I didn't like their service 0/10 For that place

Had to get a diagnosis on my daughter's car . The girl came out with the digital reader and hooked it up. It took about five minutes to go went and they printed out everything wrong, all the codes that came up. Unfortunately, it was all bad. She got scammed by the tow yard because she has to get a new catalytic converter. And some other stuff. Beware of Nellys towing.

After going 4 other places these guys were the ones who were willing to read my check engine code for me. She read my code, told me what it meant and gave me advice on what to do. After a working all day and running all around Fresno it was really nice to end with a store with kind, helpful, understanding employees.
