I can’t say enough amazing things about the team at O’Reilly Auto Parts in San Bernardino. I own a transportation company, and one of my minibuses broke down in the area. Not only did they help me troubleshoot the issue right there, but they also recommended a mobile mechanic who resolved the problem for just $140—a repair I was bracing to cost $5,000. I especially want to recognize Marco, Danny, and Tammy for their outstanding support, along with many other incredible team members whose names I unfortunately don’t remember. If you ever need an auto parts store in San Bernardino, this is the only place you need to go. Their service, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond are second to none.

DO not recommend coming to this location at all! I came in for a temperature sensor replacement and the gentleman at the register gave me the wrong part, I came in to get a return on my purchase, after showing me visible attitude he stated that “I was honest atleast about trying the part to see if it fits”. it is not in the establishments interest whether or not my honesty grants me the ability to return a purchase with receipt in hand. Secondly after asking to buy a new 02 sensor, another employee gave me attitude about my cars make and model insisting that the 02 sensor they had in stock would only fit specifically on my car. After asking for a different one on their website. After trying to install the new 02 sensor, I quickly realized that the sensor sold to me by their associate did not reach my 02 connector. Let alone fit my car. I’m not sure how they’re employees are trained, but I’d rather order my parts online than to save me the headache of coming here again.

went in to confirm with a potential buyer that the car had no codes and passes smog. and this Cashier Lady that came out with the scanner started complaining that the Miles are way to low for the car, and that it doesn't seem right? (car had a short commute from work and home) then she went in with the potential buyer to check and sure enough No Codes, Smog Ready, but they didnt buy the car because she convinced them not to, please get rid of this lady. Just check the scanner, say it has no codes, and your opinion is not needed, thats why your a cashier and not a certified mechanic. this happened 5/13/205 at 5:30 pm.

Went in to get oil and something to try to mickey mouse an exhaust leak. Even though I wasn't sure how to even begin, my experience was seamless thanks to the store manager, Tammy, who helped me. Tammy is very knowledgeable and is dedicated to the overall satisfaction of each and every customer. She guided me through product and pricing options with care and ease. Very clean store, inside and out. The floor layout could be refreshed every once in a while maybe.

That young man Nicholas that was there when I walk in, this guy was very nice and professional and everything checking my engine light and elaborating on what each code was, very sweet and he knew his stuff༆ they don't make boys like that anymore!...2 thumbs up for Nicholas who with his great attitude elevated this angels' mood although it had been a very long day 👍🏻👍🏻
