They're very nice at this one. I returned my old battery but wasn't strong enough to get it out of my trunk. They got it out of my trunk for me. And I got more money back than I thought I'd get back. I recommend this store!

Had a bad experience with a battery charge service. I came in on Nov 24 to charge a battery was given a battery charge ticket and came back with the ticket on Nov 26 to pick it up and the battery I dropped off was no longer there. I spoke with the manager and was told it would be looked into. Was told they do not know what happened to it and was told to come back to get a replacement battery. I came back on Nov 27 and was helped by who I believe was the night manager Nick who seemed to make it my problem and if I actually dropped off a battery that day when he was working as well. I told him the make and model of the car for the battery and he pulled up the battery and then he asked me for my phone number for my account and decided to give me a battery for a different car that I ordered last year instead of the correct battery that we already established previously. I assumed he was correct in giving me the correct battery and found out it was the wrong battery when I brought it home because it was too small. As a customer I do not appreciate being accused of something and was following their procedures. On top of being given the wrong battery as a replacement when I clearly established the information for what car it was for. He did not bother to verify why the battery was different from what was discussed and just gave me the wrong battery.
