The worst service I’ve ever received. I came in for a freeze cap first the girl that helped me didn’t know what I was asking for. I then asked an older gentlemen for help, he motioned for me to hold on and never came back to me. I just walked out and went elsewhere. I know this is not normal because I shop O’Reilys all the time. Everything was unorganized and in a disarray. Very bad customer service. Bad stain on the company for sure. I only gave one star because I needed to.
