We had an unexpected dead battery across the street at Dollar General and my husband crossed the four lane highway to go buy a battery. The salesman was super nice and brought him back across the road to jump the car so we could drive over to O’’Reilly’s to purchase a new battery and get it installed. Adam was a lifesaver!!

I enjoy working with O’Reilly Auto Parts where ever I have the opportunity. We were traveling back from IL to GA when we noticed an oil smell coming from our 2006 Toyota Camry. After investigating at a stop, I decided it was the valve cover gasket that was leaking at the front of the motor. I called the local O’Reilly’s and the person on the other line was very helpful. They told me they had the gasket along with other items I might need to do the job. I carry my tools with me when we travel. 😊 Arrived at the store, (this was New Years Day) and retrieved the items I needed. The cashier was apparently not to excited to be there, but was glad the store was open. We decided that as long as the car handled well, we would continue our trip with the necessary items if we needed them. We made it back to GA fine and this past Saturday I had an opportunity to replace the gasket. It was shot. The car has 150,000 miles on it. The gasket was very hard and cracked where it was leaking. The items I purchased to do the job worked great!

Always have good shopping experiences here. Great staff and I work out of town most the year and send my woman here for help with her vehicle because of the staff being willing to help her without treating her like she don't know anything or just selling her whatever to get her gone.
