Wow that was quick and easy. Tony was a big help. I needed windshield wipers for my F-150 and I was tired of the crappy Ford ones I replaced too often. He helped me pick out a good set, put them on, saw my Veterans Plates and made sure I got my Veterans discount. I'm going to go back and order some new floor mats, too. I enjoyed the experience, they just earned my family's business. Thanks Tony

From scanning the reviews, it sounds like some experiences are hit or miss but my visit today was a huge hit. I called ahead (to both the attached VIP and the O'Reilly's) about getting a replacement battery for a car we are stewarding for a rehabilitating relative. Keith (I *think* that's his name) was especially helpful - the old battery was corroded so it took some careful work to remove the tie-downs without damaging them and removing the cables. He did both and cleaned the contacts before installing the new battery. To top things off, he sprayed a protectant to help prevent some future corrosion on the new battery.

I would not recommend going to this store. I broke down in my work truck so I was able to just make it there to get a o-ring which they had. went back outside to put it on my truck which was literally 30 seconds process then the manager comes out with a attitude and tells me I need to move my truck which was broken down at the edge of the parking lot. If your employees don't care about the customers and are not willing to help or at least be understanding why should anyone give them our money and shop there. Go to a better parts store that actually listens to their customers needs when this stire doesn't even ask you if you need anything or how they can help
