Excellent service went in today to buy something completely minor a t for a gas line on a wheeler project I'm working on and the Asst. Manager Darren not only helped me in locating the t's but also inspected the gas line i had to make sure it was the right type cause it looked a little off. Really appreciated the extra help and taking the time to help me locate a $3 part when he could have kept dealing with more important matters Awesome management there!

Hmmm where to start? April 15 2024. My rear brakes where gone. Needed a complete brake job on the rear end. Also an inspection. Calipers rotors and pads on the rear. I called and told them I need a complete brake job on the rear. I told them the parts needed. I told them I know you don’t have them in stock. They argued with me and then agreed. They don’t have the parts I stock and need to order them. Great! They ordered the parts. When I showed up some guy named Jason was all excited. We got everything for your front brakes. What? I told you it was the rear?! “ oh my bad” can you come back in two days. Me “ok” things happen. Now we are the end of April inspection needed. I bring it back for the brakes and they tell me I need a ball joint for inspection. Ok. I asked for an inspection when I told them my rear brakes are gone. And they checked nothing after ordering the wrong parts. So they fix the brakes. Fantastic. I am holding this kids hand behind the counter now. Ok child. I need an inspection. What do I have to do to have it inspected ? Ball joint and that’s it. Ok great! Do it. Two weeks later and two weeks into the month where my inspection is over due. I bring the truck in for the ball joint. They tell me I need exhaust work as well for inspection. Here’s how it ended. They replaced the ball joint. Could not align my truck at all. I am tearing off my front tires right now. It gets better. They where very gracious. They only charged me for the part and no labor. And gave me an inspection sticker. I asked for a print out of the alignment. Mysterious the printer broke for the alignment computer and it’s on a separate printer system. I asked if I could take a picture of the screen and was told no. I asked how can the vehicle pass inspection with exhaust work needed and the man behind the counter just kept saying we are not charging you for labor and the inspection is free. 5 weeks. From the start. I was there one day for five weeks. For a break job, a ball joint and exhaust. Not once did they have the proper parts. Not to mention the time off work.
