Paul did amazing with helping me. I just left there with only making ONE purchase. There was a manager woman working and another gentleman clocking out. Instead of either one just taking 90 seconds of their time (before walking away,her, and clocking out, him) the manager decided to say “Paul will be right with you”. I ended up waiting an extra 5 mins just bc neither of the two even considered helping Paul out. Great job Paul. To the “manager” and other employee.. do better! Very poor customer service. The plan is to get your customers in and out with No pushback

First of all Raul i believe was a great associate to wait for...... he was precise he went above and beyond for a customer in front of me and myself. Now the bad part the individual I didn't get his name of Asian ethnicity made me wait as I patiently waited for him to finish his phone call. When he finally asked I told him I just needed a check engine diagnostic. He said we will be right with you..... we'll let me tell you I think I waited over 5-7 min calmly as he just started ringing other up 3 to be precise as I just waited like I never existed ? These other people came in after the 5-7 min I had waited already ? Now that deserved the review and poor performance.

The staff member at the Spring Mountain/Decatur location did a diagnostic check and printed the results. He recommended that I take it to the dealership. He also cleaned my battery. I appreciate him for going above and beyond.

The best parts store i have been to!! They have been accurate every single time and know how to treat a customer. I work at uhaul and they are the best and fast. They always get us what we need, right when we need it. They really appreciate the customer and nowadays that stuff really matters. They had a delicious cook out for their customer appreciation day and they when all out. I will be recommending them to all family and friends..
