Dropped by this Wausau location to dump some oil since they offered that service. Was in line and when it got to my turn, the employee had me sign the usual oil dump off list. Then told me the dump is going to have to wait because there were multiple customers in line and he wanted to take care of them first. I ended up waiting 10-15 mins, maybe even longer before he actually dumped the oil when the line died down. Just because I wasn't buying anything, doesn't mean I'm still not a customer utilizing one of your services you offer. Should never have to wait that long especially when dumping the oil took less than a minute for 6 quarts. The staff that day was having a field day yelling at each other as well. Unprofessional and horrible time, team, and customer management.

Although I had an issue with the bulb I first received for my car, the issue was fixed promptly. The guy seemed like he didn't want to help me but then did some magic for me to help with a refund. I appreciate the help I received. Might just be his personality but it's whatever. Still did a good job in my Brooke.

I was in a bind late in the evening and called the Wausau O’reilly’s. I spoke with Summit. He went above and beyond to make sure he had my parts ready as I was driving from over 30 miles away. I made it with only 5 minutes until close. Everything was ready and he even had a reprint of my old parts purchase printed out. The best part was, he had a smile on his face, was very pleasant despite me being there right at close. He even helped me carry parts out to my car for me. Thanks to him I was able to get my other car fixed to transport kiddos and get to work the next morning! Thank you Summit!
