Started at the NAPA by my house and the guy had no customer service and was rude so we left and went here. Such a better experience and such nice people. Helpful, courteous and had all the parts we needed to change the alternator and belt in an old van right in stock which we had thought they might have to order them but they had it. I definitely recommend them

Started at the NAPA by my house and the guy had no customer service and was rude so we left and went here. Such a better experience and such nice people. Helpful, courteous and had all the parts we needed to change the alternator and belt in an old van right in stock which we had thought they might have to order them but they had it. I definitely recommend them

I visited the Indian Land O’Reilly store for a battery test, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Darren was rude and had an unhelpful attitude, which made an already frustrating situation worse. I’ve always relied on O’Reilly for great service, but this experience was disappointing. I was on my lunch break, clearly in uniform, and needed help. Darren claimed he couldn’t install a new battery, which is something I’ve never had an issue with at any other O’Reilly location. After struggling for 30–45 minutes to replace the battery myself, I went back in and asked another employee Shaun for help. Fortunately, he came out and assisted without hesitation. If I didn’t urgently need a battery to get my car started, I wouldn’t have purchased it here. I hope this location can improve its consistency in customer service moving forward.

Hank was super helpful this evening. We arrived shortly before they closed, he helped us test our battery and alternator. Lucky, everything was fine. We will be back whenever we need something!

Extra Helpful After going to Auto Zone and they couldn't figure out how to help I stoped into O'Reilly's. My license plate screws were rusted in place. Cassie tried every tool and every way to get those rusted screws removed. She did not stop untile she got them off successfully! I am so greatful that she was there today. She was friendly, kind, and very helpful! Thank you Thank you Thank you Cassie.
