The hickory store on hwy 70 is the most useless excuse for a store I have a commercial account with the newton store a lady was broke down next to that store went up boosted her off she was going to go to advance and I sent her to the oreillys store just to be embarrassed told them I needed a battery the little asshole came out and said they was a draw on battery and refused to sell me a battery for her car I asked him in order to get a battery I need to go somewhere else and he said yes his name is Dom and tim wasn't any better help if they had only looked it was a 2018 nissan kick still had the nissan Renault battery in it date code was dec of 2017 was still the factory battery and the district manager needs to be demoted for letting this go on in his store I am seriously thinking of canceling my commercial account the only reason I haven't is on count of the newton store
