I’ve been going to this location for years the manager that works at this Location his name is Will he was Very rude not helpful at all. I will never be going back to the store again. You definitely lost my business. I will never recommend this place to anybody ever again. I would suggest will get a better attitude. If I could give you guys zero stars, I would.

It was a rainy day in Franklin when my battery gave out. Once I got it to O'Reilly's, employee Santiago was a big help. He was efficient and answered all my questions as I observed him install (for free) the new battery I bought. Good experience.

Overall pretty good experience at this location, good customer service and easy inconvenient to get in and out of from a location standpoint. Not a ton of parking, but enough. Depending on the time of day, it can be a little bit of a wait inside. I think that's just due to the number of staff on duty versus the number of customers.
