TERRIBLY RUDE I just bought parts out of here two days ago with my account. He was so impatient and didn’t want to look up the account and told me I’m not in the system I haven’t bought parts from there. I do not know the gentleman‘s name he wouldn’t even hear me out, once you’re in the system at O’Reillys you are in there at every location like I previously say it, though I was just at this exact franchise two days ago purchasing with my commercial account just go to vanborn you will feel welcome, and we will not get profanity thrown at you for no reason. Well I have to tell you that this store from the outside doesn't look too appealing, but I have to tell you that when you go inside the workers are very helpful. They ask questions to find out what the situation is and they do their best to do the research necessary to get an accurate answer as accurate as possible. They do their do diligence to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase or purchases. There is always at least 2 employees working at one time and other days they have 4-5 people ready and willing to help you with whatever your needs are. Fast friendly service. 5 stars for me. Check them out and give them a rating of your own. You'll see what I'm talking about.

as always, I like O’Reillys auto parts I’ve been going there since they took over Murray’s way back in the day, I had a bad product from a vendor, and they took care of me with a refund corporate check from my troubles, and a friendly smile along the way. This place is the best along with your people always plenty of parking, always a handicap access and a rock.

Today April 23rd I went into this store looking for a simple extension cord. The lady and unfortunately I don't know her name but she had some tattoos showed me the aisle where they were and they were only 2 there. The was a yellow 25 foot cord and she told me it was $30. I hesitated but decided to take I was desperate. When she rang it up the final cost 42. I told her I wanted her to honor the price she quoted me in the aisle. She wouldn't and if I didn't have credit card I would have walked out. I gave her a piece of my mind and walked said I'd never be back. I urge all people to boycott this store if she isn't fired.
