I just want to send a thank you to Nick! received great customer service from him. I walked in the store he greeted me and helped me right away. I needed wiper blades for the front and rear of my car. He showed me all of the different options to purchase and even informed me of the BOGO sale the store had going on. Then after that in the freezing cold he came out and replaced all of my wiper blades! Thank you so much again! And sorry I came on such a cold day!

important note: There are two people working, a black man and a white woman. They were extremely kind and made everyone happy, regardless of race or language. They were generous with me and the ones. I loved them and I recommend everyone to go to these two people. And don't go to strongsville, there is a vile white woman who is racist and speaks profanity

I ended up being a jerk. That was uncalled for. I have been working non-stop for days with little sleep. I flipped out on my own mother, embarrassing myself and undermining an employee. That was pathetic. I apologize for that. I am sorry. Anyway, The tall guy who worked last shift on 6/21/23 was probably the most helpful employee I've ever encountered. He really went above and beyond and I ended up treating him kind of badly. I was buying a battery and the tall guy installed it. We ran into some small problems that he fixed. He did a wonderful job. He was very outgoing and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and eager to fix any problem I had. I don't even remember his name. He deserves a bonus or a raise. Maybe I'll see him again so I can properly thank him and apologize for my outburst. The other guy's name was Donny. He was quite helpful too. Ask Donny who the other guy was. Both those guys are the best.
