So I was at El patron getting my car serviced yesterday. And there was two females that work for O'Reillys gossiping and talking poorly don't they have anything better to do? Also I don't understand why there was two of them there at the same time it was just a negative experience because of them I would like their managers name but I don't even know the lady's names I'm assuming they work at O'Reilly's on Isleta cause that's the nearest location to that shop. I got a truck number 39307. I wasn’t able to get the other truck number. Also I wanna include female manger not sure of the name , very unprofessional! Very bad attitude as well! Won’t be giving these people my business anymore 🖕🖕

If I could give zero Stars I would. 💯 I visited this location on June 6th and I was charged for an item that was not in stock and was never refunded. I returned on June 20th because it had been 2 weeks and the false charge still had not fallen off. AFTER they verified that the product was never refunded (on their own store computer) that I was charged for two items, as well as me providing proof from my bank record, they told me to come back AGAIN to request a refund from NANCY because she was the one who made the error. This is absolutely ridiculous. Refusing to refund me even though they show they owe me money. O'Reilly expects me to come back a THIRD time to ask a specific employee for a refund that is due because of their error??? Absolutely ridiculous and Unacceptable. I shouldn't have to chase down an individual store employee for money that's owed to me from a verified store mistake. I was charged for a product they did not have in stock in the first place and never refunded, stuff happens I get it. But to go through all these hoops just to get my money back? Plus, I was charged for the new item and had to drive to their other location and pick it up on the same day. I think I've made enough trips to O'reilly. And this will definitely be my last.
