Called for a part talk to a guy named Serge. I have a wholesale account with this company. The guy said he had the part in stock. Told my customer the part was in stock went to go pick the part up and he couldn’t find the part when I walked in, he was sitting on his cell phone vaping And said that he had to sit down because he was still looking for the part and he was tired, stood at the counter for 10 minutes. He comes back up and tells me he can’t find the part. Then on a different day, I called up there gave him the year make model of the vehicle and the part number of the part that I needed and then he said hold on I have to deal with a customer. I’m gonna give you to somebody else so I had to go over the whole thing with the new person That he handed the phone to that store is terrible. I don’t even know how it’s still open.

I walked in to just simply buy windshield wiper fluid. Went to check out and the guy was on the phone. Waited 5 minutes and saw he didn’t or couldn’t acknowledge me so I went to the lady next to him and was beyond rude and unkind about her not working right now. I didn’t say a word and just walked over to the other guy. Waited over 12 minutes without any help or even acknowledgment. When he was done on the phone he said “ just that” I said yes and then proceeded to tell me he couldn’t check me out and went to find someone who could? Waited two more minutes and just left. Unkind, unorganized and absolutely ridiculous.

Went in for a new windshield wiper. The man went outside in the snow and was able to fix mine so I didn’t even have to purchase anything! As a single mom of a toddler this was a HUGE deal to me. We leave very early in the morning and windshield wipers are a must in the dark, snowy weather! You never know how one little act of kindness is going to make a huge difference
