Worst place ever. Ordered manual for my car. He said tomorrow after 9:30. Go there. Next guy says after 12:30. Call before I drive over AGAIN but they can't answer the phone. So I drive over again. Still nothing. Refunded. Walk out, the other employee walks right in and let's the door slam in my face. NEVER AGAIN

Used to go here alot. Tonight was the end. They sold me parts to a truck I dont have and were not willing to help resolve the issue. They offered me a refund and that was it. Thank goodness the guys at autozone offered to run the parts out to my home. I will be shifting my business to autozone. Thanks to the night manager nick at oriellys for showing your true colors not very helpful and arrogant. If you would like to help your business train that guy Steve on how to get the parts right the first time. Thanks again to the guys at autozone for superior service!
