I bought a radiator hose there with a warranty but they wouldn't replace because the part # was wrong on my receipt. Will never buy a product there as long as I live. But I do have parts that still have warranty on them and I WILl get them parts replaced soon, On them !!! Need to hire knowledgeable people not idiots just for a paycheck. Goes for Cape and Jackson stores!!!!!

My Pathfinder needed a new Alternator so went to O'Reilly Auto Parts to see if they had one and find a replacement. Talked with Kayla (salesperson) and she found me one (which it showed in stock but when she checked it was not there) so she called and got me one quickly. Meanwhile while waiting for it to show up I went around checking prices on other items to see what inventory they had and check their prices all seemed reasonable. Alternator showed up about 15-20 minutes later and I left. Returned several days later with my old core Alternator to get a core refund credit talked with Scott which did a quick transaction and refund me on my old core quickly. Seems like a friendly place everyone was nice and knowledgeable so I would recommend this place.

It's Sunday morning at 8 am and I need a new battery. Once Michael determined the correct battery, with in 20 minutes, Michael removed the old battery and installed a new one. He was very efficient, professional and courteous. He is a great asset to your company.

Just visited this location during a mandatory mask order(posted on their door) and not only did they allow 6 people in without masks but the cashier also was not wearing a mask. If it wasn’t an ordinance I wouldn’t care but if they don’t care about their cities jurisdiction.... just thought Id let people know. Otherwise fine service.
