February 9th 2022 Year after year when I come down to the Tucson gem show and I am working on my dad's man this location has always had everything that I have needed so I don't have to do multiple stops. Today I got a chance to deal with Mark the manager he was absolutely amazing and I greatly appreciated all of his help. He treated with utmost respect and really made me feel comfortable to ask questions and make sure I got everything that I needed Feb10 2020 I came in to exchange some stuff because of accidental wrong purple. The manager that hopefully it was absolutely amazing. It was extremely respectful and was multitasking at the same time and was helping that other customers. He cleared and not only the line but make sure that I had everything that I needed This place is so nice

Bad customer service with fuel hose. Sold me non fuel compatible 3/4 hose ~ 1 yr ago. Working on my truck today, lowering fuel tank, saw this hose (about 6" long, from one of the vents on top of the fuel tank) was so stiff it was going to break the vent nipple so I had to remove to finish lowering the fuel tank. Brought in the stiff as a board hose. The guy I worked with said they didn't have any 3/4 id fuel hose in stock but to reuse the hose I had by applying lubricant on the ends. He also said it wasn't fuel hose but it was fuel vent hose when in reality it's either junk or the wrong type of hose.
