Absolutely great place. Best o'rielley's I've been to. The guy working was incredibly nice and helpful. Wish I had caught his name. Older gentleman. Helped me with my pig tail connector, my headlight, did don't code reading and clearing, and we had a pretty nice chat. Definitely a good guy and their best employee

Just left the Chilton WI store, clerk was very helpful and professional. The entire time I was in the store there was an entitled jerk who was giving the clerk a hard time and threatening him. The clerk kept his cool and behaved very professionally. It is a shame that hardworking people have to deal with such behavior from people who have no regards for the rules.

This place is the best. Walked in very confused about whether I'd be able to change my headlights on my own, and the young man working came and checked, then found the replacements, installed them while teaching me how to reach it, and disposed of the old ones. In ten minutes I went from nervous, and no working headlights, to a fixed problem. Simple, but the customer service made my day.
