Third time I’ve ordered struts that came in beat packaging, missing the top strut nut. Very hostile staff, blonde dude with long hair and a beard? “Whatever” is a bad response to consistently being the worst O’Reilly’s in the entire Western US. No calls when your parts come in either. Part was clearly used, also.

10/10, will buy stuff here again. The employees were very knowledgeable and helped me find all the parts and tools my girlfriend and I needed to replace our head gasket. They also had everything ordered to the store by the next morning so it didn't take long to get things fixed and get back on the road! Special thank you to Donald, who was especially helpful!
