Well I must say my five stars definitely went down to one I cannot believe the management that is in that store currently a bunch of yahoos if you ask me I bought a couple things and went to return them two different times I tried to return them because the first time the dude said he wouldn't return them because the bolts weren't correct and then the second time the manager said he wouldn't return it because I used it now mind you the part is brand new I got it exactly the way I got it from O'Reilly's when I purchased it and it's an exhaust clamp it'll be in my photos so you can see it's brand new and I still currently have the exhaust clamp because they will not return it it and I know I can go to a different store and probably returned it but that's not the point this was my store were I would get the parts that I needed but not no more I'm going to have to find a different auto parts store

Stopped in for car paint. Staff was not even interested in my search for the Ford blue paint. I searched isles and left without. My visit the prior week, I bought a product, which I didn’t use, returned the next day only for the CSR to complain that she would have change all day because of me. I won’t be back to this location, the one on Wilder is great!

Excellent customer service from the guys here. I went in and got the part I thought I needed but once I got home, realized it wasn't. I went back and to my initial disappointment, the guy I dealt with was gone. I thought for sure I was going to get some hassle about returning an open part. However, these two guys helped me with no issues. Got me the right part and sent me away happy. Can't recommend this place more. Prices here are great as well. I paid way less than what I thought it would be as well which is always great.
