I will never set foot in one of these locations again. Thanks to their employee Doug with the lazy customer service he had and the terrible attitude. You think they would respect the customer that brings them business and yet it’s my fault your company sold me the wrong battery so I have had to replace it so many times . Not this time it was still under warranty and this joke of an employee told me I had to pay for the next one. I’m cool clearly you guys don’t know what you’re doing considering you sold me the wrong battery and have no respect for your costumers and if you keep Doug around your not going to have much more business cause I promise you just lost mine

Love this auto parts store. Staff is always very helpful, friendly and willing to share their knowledge or recommendations if the solution is not possible from within the store. Appreciate how they take their time with me and every customer.

I went up here today 9:30 am September 9, 2024 and had A terrible experience with the man who was over-the-counter this man was unbelievably rude made me feel uncomfortable. I even left the store without getting anything just because of the way he degraded me. I would not recommend coming to the store in the morning like I did I never experience something like this in my whole life. He was a white man in his 50s. I was looking at license plate covers and said “did you find everything girl” I took major offense to this simply because I am a women of color and I am in fact a grown women at that. He didn’t even mean it in a helpful manner because we walked right away when he said I was so thrown off Guard I decided to take the things that I had and check out as I was walking to the register I tried to correct the man and say that when he referred me to, I found it very rude and disrespectful He proceeded to throw a fit about it and made me feel more uncomfortable than what I already was I was trying to pay for my items he kept talking about how I ruined his day and how he wanted to go home So I left everything on the counter and left the store. Unsatisfied also deeply hurt Racism is a serious thing for me as it should be for anyone so when a white man calls a brown woman, a “girl” It’s just a major reference to how slave owners would call their slaves, boy and girl. This was a really messed up experience. I do not recommend ever coming to the store again. I gave him the chance to apologize by saying please do not call me girl again and he continue to argue with me asking what should he call me instead and I just feel like anything other than girl would’ve been acceptable ma’am or miss It was embarrassing. He Didn’t cash me out it was actually another lady cashing out and he was next to her cashing out another man out and he just kept talking about it like I wasn’t there I try to let it go, but he continued to keep talking about it
