Very dissatisfied with their corporate policy of shipping. If they don't have a part you pay for the shipping (which is reasonable), but if there is no guarantee your part makes it on that truck. If it doesn't you are stuck paying shipping again for the part and hoping your part makes it the next time (if at all). It's a joke if you ask me. Needless to say, I didn't buy that specific part from them today. I would have no problem paying for the shipment to the store, but there needs to be some kind of accountability on their end for ensuring the part gets there.

Superior People to get the parts you need As if you got a Ford with power windows and the Dowl rollers go bad Go to ACE hard ware they got the Three eights Dowl pins to repair your windows motors that is no longer Available at the part house Hope this helps others

They gentleman that helped me.... thankfully ye had patience! I know nothing about cars and only knew I needed something that I was told to get but nothing else. He helped me figure things out, tested my battery and my starter..... he was wonderful! The next day my step-dad and I went back in to return what I had bought and get something else he wanted me to have instead and the exchange was made so easily!

I wasn't a big fan of auto parts stores outside of the dealership for many years, but the O'Reilly's store on Cable Rd in Lima Ohio has made it clear to me that their store and staff is ready and willing to help you out however they can. I've continued to see them often for car repair parts and maintenance items to keep my family and business vehicles in great shape. This is how service should be!!
