Alex was very helpful diagnosing the issue with my car. He greeted me with a smile and hooked up the activscan numerous times to help ensure we fixed the issue. They had the gas cap in stock and I was on my way! Great service, knowledgeable help, and friendly staff!

Store manager Alex is amazing! Top notch customer service services! Matt is another one the knowledgeable service is amazing! Herman is great with making sure the customers have the correct parts and has patience! If you really want quality larts and great customer service Go to Oreileys on Augusta rd in Piedmont!! Thats the permanent store i use to get my parts and supplies! Bravo!!

Went there yesterday and let me tell you what a great experience. I was having a battery issue and dealt with the general manager and a younger gentleman. They tested the battery and alternator, then installed the new battery. It was a great experience. After dealing with a lot of other places I will drive there over many places closer. Outstanding staff, store, and prices.

I had an issue with my battery going dead on me suddenly. The manager of this store, Alex Papas, had zero issues helping me as soon as the door opened. He checked my voltage, confirmed it was the battery, then did the replacement as I didn't have my tools in the truck. Awesome guy, really represented his store and was a real lifesaver.
