The store manager Eric was incredibly helpful in replacing my EverStart battery which died under the 3 year warranty period. Despite the frigid temperature outside, he also removed/replaced the battery and had me back on the road in less than 15 minutes.

I recently made the switch from another large parts store, and wish I would have changed years sooner. I want quality parts for my car and my truck, and O'Reilly's has it all, if not they can and will get it, very friendly and knowledgeable staff makes it very simple, and it's not just car parts, they carry many accessories, cleaning product's, tools and many handy gadgets a car guy can use. I've been to several locations (mainly Cottage Grove) and it's the same thing, great service, parts and prices, which to me is priceless

Be sure to call ahead to make sure they can actually help you. Went to replace my battery based on all the great reviews, but was told that because they were running a skeleton crew of only 1 person, they couldn’t help me. Guy behind the counter seemed nice enough, but his hands were tied. Given that so many great reviews mention someone coming out to physically help customers with install, management should realize this is their differentiation point and staff accordingly.
