I called in for a part and they said they will have it by 1pm. I was there but they refused to give to part to me. I am pretty sure the attitude I get from them was because of my middle eastern look I have and my accent. They are nothing but horrible people out there.

Had them replace 2 batteries in my truck. Ran into an issue with one of my cables, they went and got a mechanic from VIP to check it out and were able to fix it without any new cables or parts. It took almost an hour for them to get everything done, and then the mechanic told me to pull around into bay 1 so he could clean out my air filter. He had noticed it while working on the batteries, and thought it should be done ASAP. No charge, and excellent service.

Ordered parts at 9 am that they said were in stock. Went to pick up at 9:30 said they weren’t actually in stock but would be at 1:00 said okay fine wouldn’t let me pay for them then now at 2:00 after waiting for almost an hour for service they said they had someone call at 11 and they sold it to them instead. Wouldn’t recommend them unless you don’t care about getting the parts and service you need
