O'Reilly Auto Parts

This review is based off my trip to their store last week I'm blown away by the exceptional service at O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Weaverville! The team there is refreshingly honest and transparent. They could've easily sold me a more expensive part, but instead, they took the time to explain my options and recommended the best value for my needs. Their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction have earned my loyalty. Even if prices might be slightly higher elsewhere, I'll gladly pay a little extra for the peace of mind that comes with doing business with trustworthy professionals. O'Reilly's Weaverville team has won me over, and I'll be back for all my auto parts needs. Keep up the fantastic work, guys!

Gary is awesome! I went in thinking I needed a new headlight. Gary went to take a look and discovered it was just a loose connection….but he suggested I clean my headlights for better safety. I purchased cleaner in the store and Gary not only cleaned my headlights but another customers in the parking lot. Amazing service!

They were nice and kind of helpful but ended up selling me the wrong part. My son went and got the correct part. I didn't know what the part looked like.

The store had everything I needed in one stop. Everybody was super helpful. The day I last went the conditioning was out at the time, and they still were calm cool collective and helpful.

Years ago I left a review about not always getting the right part but now in 2025 and the past couple years O'Reilly's has done a lot better than before.

O’Reillys has always been my go to store, however this store was definitely not that. Upon walking in I could tell right away that it was not going to be a pleasant experience. I came in with my dad to have his starter tested. The young kid behind the counter was not interested in working much less helping us. He kept his air pods in the entire time and barely uttered 3 words to us. The older gentleman working with him, did take the starter to “test” it. We were told the starter was good and given the starter back. After a week of ruling out other issues, we took a gamble on buying a starter as everything else checked out and was working. We went to Advance, got the new starter and bingo! My moms car was fixed! Such a waste of time for us at O’Reilly and so disappointed. I usually go to the O’Reilly in Hendersonville and have never had an issue. However the staff at this store are less than enthused to be there much less off any assistance to customers. I will not go back to this store.
