They always have the parts I need! To get my original 1988 alternator that was starting to go out starting to overcharge and under charge the battery. They were amazed to see how old this battery lasted and helped me out with getting a replacement!

Defective part twice in a row! I purchased a brake master cylinder. After installation, we could not get the air to bleed from the system. We tried unsuccessfully for hours. Believing there was something else wrong, we took the truck to a local shop for an ABS and brake system diagnostic and repair. O'REILLY SOLD US A DEFECTIVE MASTER CYLINDER! The mechanic removed the defective master cylinder, and I took it back to O'Reilly for warranty exchange. I took it back to the repair shop, only to find the SECOND MASTER WAS ALSO DEFECTIVE! Additionally, the new master cylinder leaked fluid into the brake booster, so now that must be replaced as well. This turned into a very stressful four day long fiasco and cost almost $1,000 to complete because O'Reilly sold us defective parts. Parts that should have been tested prior to selling them to the public! Big safety concern..

They charged up my Battery For free, I'm really happy with them, They even helped me take the battery out the car, There helpfull and nice people. I will always go back to them.

Wonderful place. We were Helped right away. Service was great. We were given the tools we needed to take a battery out of my car, and then the cashier even came out to help, and I was able to get a free batter because my battery went bad way before the warranty was up. I was in and out and was able to go back to work.

Bought this Torx set from another oreilly location in Sacramento Ca, went to exchange the broken t40 bit there, they claim it is only 1 year warranty when it clearly shows lifetime warranty on the package. At the pos they did not disclose it was 1 year only per their standards for that tool set. I will be contacting the manufacturer of the tool because they will not honor the lifetime warranty as shown on package.
