I was traveling cross country visiting a cousin in the area when my check engine light came in. Stopped in to have my codes run and the dude with the mullet was trying to get me to freak out. He made the biggest deal about what codes were running and convinced me that my car was about to die if I didn’t do something immediately. Told me I had to buy all the parts which is ridiculous. I later went to the Toyota dealership in the area (last resort) and they told me that I had nothing to worry about and my car was fine. So blown away that someone would try to take advantage of me and my lack of knowledge. Left a very bad taste in my mouth. Dahls Toyota is very reliable and honest!

I came in to get a cabin filter ! The young man that was working had 3 young girls in there talking ! When I came in they went outside and stood ! I asked the young man if he could help me put the filter in as I wasn’t sure how to ! He looked at it while the young girl s were watching him and said to me “I need a Philips screwdriver to change and we don’t have one” he left and went back in with the girls !! Really an auto store doesn’t have a screwdriver!! Poor customer service ! He was just preoccupied with those girls and said that to get rid of me !! I googled it and changed it my self ! By the way no tools required!! Sad !!

Got the wrong part check your part numbers before leaving. If we hadn't we would have driven 2 hours for nothing. It's an easy mistake just one number off. They corrected it quickly and we went home
