Took three tries to get a battery warrantied. The guy performing the battery test was purposely passing the test. If you adjust the setting to load the battery with a lower amperage than the battery is rated for it will show the battery as good. (Test for 650cca instead of 720cca). I asked him to show me the test. That's when he put finally put in the correct setting. Low and behold, the battery showed failing result, that it needed to be charged after having just been charged by the staff. That's a shady thing to do but that's ok. Maybe next time just warranty the battery and your customers won't have to call you out on dishonesty.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went in to get a headlight. When I walked in the worker (A.J) just stared at me, did not say one word, and was extremely unwelcoming. This was around 8pm and I was the only one in the store. I walked up to the counter and I told him what kind of car I had and he looked it up and just told me "H1" that was it. I gave him a very confused look and I asked if he could help me find it. He was very unhappy about this,he rolled his eyes and let out a huge sigh. Then he huffed and puffed all the way to the headlight. Found the MOST expensive one and handed it to be with out saying a SINGLE WORD!! Then started to walk back to the counter. I was like " woah dude, I don't need that one." That did not make him very happy. Then I asked if someone could help me install it because they always have before. He told me "not unless someone's else is here and it's definitely not going to happen if it's going to take more then 30 minutes." I kindly told him it never takes that long but to not worry about it I would do it myself. Just all around EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!

These guys are great. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If they don’t have the part they will do whatever they can to get it. I’ve been fixing up a little ford ranger and these guys have been my go to for parts.
